Pork Chops w/ Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients:

2 lbs pork chops sliced 1/2"
1 can cream of mushroom
1/16 cup diced onions
1 ounce sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup milk
1 T oil
Garlic Salt


How to:

  1. Season pork chops with garlic salt to your liking
  2. Heat skillet on medium high and add oil
  3. Fry the pork chops about 4 min on each side
  4. Remove pork chops from skillet.
  5. Add diced onions and mushrooms to skillet, cook for about 5 min on low heat. 
  6. Add cream of mushroom to pan, stir while adding.
  7. Slowly add milk to skillet while stirring. 
  8. Stir occasionally for about 10 min.
  9. Pour mushroom gravy over pork chops and serve on a bed of rice. 
  10. Enjoy!

Review:

This recipe is pretty simple and does not need much ingredients which is why I love it so much. It really doesn't take too long, this meal is all under 30min. This is a recipe that I've searched up, but ended up doing my own thing. Hope you guys try it!
