Pork Chops w/ Mushroom Gravy |
2 lbs pork chops sliced 1/2"
1 can cream of mushroom
1/16 cup diced onions
1 ounce sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup milk
1 T oil
Garlic Salt
How to:
- Season pork chops with garlic salt to your liking
- Heat skillet on medium high and add oil
- Fry the pork chops about 4 min on each side
- Remove pork chops from skillet.
- Add diced onions and mushrooms to skillet, cook for about 5 min on low heat.
- Add cream of mushroom to pan, stir while adding.
- Slowly add milk to skillet while stirring.
- Stir occasionally for about 10 min.
- Pour mushroom gravy over pork chops and serve on a bed of rice.
- Enjoy!

This recipe is pretty simple and does not need much ingredients which is why I love it so much. It really doesn't take too long, this meal is all under 30min. This is a recipe that I've searched up, but ended up doing my own thing. Hope you guys try it!
