Review:
This is the first time I attempted to cook beef stew and its results were pretty good. Taste and texture was good, however the soup was too thick for me. In the McCormick recipe it says 1/4 cup flour, but I adjusted this recipe to 1/8 cup flour because of the soup's thickness. This recipe can serve up to 5 people. Hope you guys try it! Enjoy! (:
Aloha Jeanne,
ReplyDeleteI got my start cooking for myself years ago when I left my home in Sacrament, CA and move to New York City, NY. I was a young man at the time and extremely poor. I can't tell you how many packets of Ramen noodles I've consumed. However, as my living standards improved, so did my cooking. I upgraded to gourmet ramen. Getting fancy now. As the years progressed, so did my joy of cooking. While I am no professional cook/chef. I can make amazingly delicious home cooking. There was a lot of trial and error. I look forward to reading your recipes and hope to give a few a whirl. One request. My girlfriend and I are pescatarian (fish/seafood, dairy, and veggies), a recipe or two without, beef, chicken or pork would be fantastic!
Respectfully,
Tyler W.
